Hubungan Anemia pada Remaja Putri dengan Kejadian Anemia Kehamilan dan Risiko Stunting pada Anak

Stunting masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat utama di Indonesia. Salah satu faktor risikonya adalah anemia pada ibu hamil, yang sering kali berakar sejak masa remaja. Anemia pada remaja putri, akibat kebutuhan zat besi yang tinggi tanpa asupan gizi memadai, dapat berlanjut menjadi anemia kehamilan dan berdampak pada tumbuh kembang anak. Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Sampel terdiri dari 120 ibu yang memiliki anak usia 12–59 bulan, dipilih secara purposive berdasarkan kriteria inklusi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur, pengukuran antropometri anak, serta verifikasi dari buku KIA atau rekam medis. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif dan tabulasi silang. Sebanyak 75% responden memiliki riwayat anemia saat remaja, 60% mengalami anemia selama kehamilan, dan 45% anak teridentifikasi mengalami stunting. Riwayat anemia remaja menunjukkan kecenderungan berhubungan dengan kejadian anemia kehamilan dan stunting anak. Hasil ini mengindikasikan adanya mata rantai biologis dan sosial antara anemia remaja, anemia kehamilan, dan stunting anak. Intervensi gizi pada remaja putri perlu diperkuat sebagai upaya pencegahan stunting jangka panjang. Studi lanjutan dengan pendekatan longitudinal disarankan untuk memperkuat bukti hubungan kausal.
